Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain community care packages, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery.

Recruit, interview and place Healthcare Assistants into temporary and permanent roles.

Build relationships with case managers, social workers and other stakeholders to generate new opportunities.

Manage rotas, staff availability and ongoing client communication.

Ensure all staff and client records meet CQC and regulatory standards.
What Experience is Required

Experience within care coordination, healthcare recruitment or domiciliary care.

Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.

Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
